Thank you for shopping with ONE BITE KHAKHRA. We take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality khakhras to our customers. Since our products are food items, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, except in the following cases:

You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
The package was tampered with or missing items.

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Refunds

Refunds are approved only after verification. Once your request is approved:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide your bank details for the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Issues caused due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting our support team.
Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
